  1. Complete the payment of your agreed financial contribution.
  2. Study the Welcome Guestbook and Space Agreements, so you understand exactly how it all works.
  3. Read the Wishlist and decide if / how you want to gift to the space.
  4. Plan your journey and inform the main spaceholder about your arrival time (the ****time window for arrivals is between 11am and 8pm; if needed you can request an exception).
  5. Inform your social media following about your Villa Gaia adventure, why you feel called and what you’re aiming to experience.
  6. Bring a book that inspired you which you wish you pass on through the Villa Gaia library.
  7. Pack your things, including: flash light (for evening darkness), warm house shoes (floors are cool), ear plugs (just in case), book to pass on, gift for the space (if you feel inspired to).
  8. Introduce yourself and share your intentions with the residents through the Villa Gaia Residents Telegram group (the main spaceholder will add you a few days before your arrival). </aside>

  1. Every newly arriving guest is greeted upon arrival with a warm hug.
  2. 1-1 Welcome chat with the guest’s main contact person.
  3. Guided tour in the immediate surrounding.
  4. A personal introduction to the other inhabitants of the shared space.
  5. Shown their room and updated about today’s community dinner + scheduled activities they can tap into if desired.
  6. At their first shared community meal, the guest is introduced to everybody else (their contact person or a spaceholder shares a few minutes of introductory words).
  7. If during your stay you want to contribute to the space and community, use the Task List and the Project List to see where we can use help! Main Space Holder can help you navigate this, feel free to express the interest to them. </aside>
