1. One or two days before leaving, voice your final wishes for your stay at the villa (e.g. trips, conversations, experiences still to be had).
2. Choose a book from the library to bring on your journey in exchange for the one you brought.
3. Clean your room and change bed sheets to give the next person a pleasant arrival (we do not offer a room cleaning service and rely on community participants to take this responsibility). Reach out to the main space holder to find all the supplies you need.
4. Invitation to share your experience on camera or throguh text (testimonial).
5. 1-1 Exit chat with the main spaceholder to reflect.
6. Invitation to fill in the evaluation survey.
7. The departing guest is invited to sponsor one or more elements on the Villa Gaia wishlist, as a gift to the space and community.
8. At the final community dinner, there is a moment of sharing and appreciation for the departing participant & a chance to for the guest to share a few words on their experience.
