Welcome to Villa Gaia, a space of convergence for global changemakers, visionaries, and regenerative leaders who aim to embody the New Earth and create scalable solutions that benefit all life on Earth.
We welcome each person not just as a visitor, but as a co-creator in a collective ceremony of transformation. We invite you to experience Villa Gaia as a place to exhale and reconnect. As a place to slow down, to be, connect with nature, listen, and let Gaia herself guide you.
“May this space be a temple where we remember who we really are.”
Villa Gaia is a physical impact hub where the core teams of Fvtura / Symviosis and Gaianet live together in conscious community, and invite key strategic partners to work on shared challenges together. Located in Tuscany, Italy, it serves as an incubator for pioneering initiatives in regenerative systems, collaboration, mycelium network building, and conscious leadership.
👀 In March we presented what Villa Gaia stands for. Click here for a deeper understanding of Villa Gaia’s intention and identity (30-minute presentation).
As described in the community manifesto and the **space agreements** describe, everybody at the villa is invited to tune in deeply with themselves and their inner guidance system, and from that centered presence, follow their own flow. We practice a regenerative way of being, where we leave spaces better than we found them, ask for what we need, and honestly share our tensions, needs, and desires.
To ensure alignment within the team and community, we’ve agreed several touch points of convergence:
To facilitate deep collaboration and alignment, we have several recurring meetings:
🟢 Daily morning practice —> times vary day by day, but most residents go into practice after waking up and you are always welcome to join (usually a mix of tai chi, yoga, stretching, tabata, and breathwork in the garden or in the yoga shala)
🟢 Daily Community Dinner ~8pm → Sharing nutritious food and space for personal check-ins and daily updates
🟢 Weekly Communal Work → On Fridays 3pm-5pm two hours collective “karma yoga” to upgrade the physical spaces with a focused “community blitz”
🟢 Weekly Spaceholder meeting —> where core residents share updates and needs (only for spaceholders)
🟢 Monthly resonance meeting —> a deeper heart sharing for the core resident team to see deeper layers of what’s alive in our space (only for spaceholders)’
Besides these recurring activities, we have one-off meetings as needed. These can be topic-based professional meetings and workshops; rituals and ceremonies; playtime; family trips, etc. These are schedules on demand. Any community member can voice a need and/or propose an activity at any time.
✅ Important: Study the community manifesto and the space agreements, so you know how things work here
✅ Study the Welcome Guestbook and the check-in process for the address, logistics, and additional details
✅ Will you share your culinary skills by taking on one of the dinner shifts? (let us know what ingredients you need and we’ll arrange them)
✅ Add the aforementioned community moments to your calendar, so you can join in the communal rhythm.
✅ Introduce yourself to the group. Shortly before you arrive, we add you to the Telegram group for residents so you can introduce yourself and stay connected for logistics and information sharing during your stay
✅ Study the projects we’re working on, so you are up-to-speed and we can use our time together for the juicier parts:
✅ During the community dinners, share your needs and offers so we can accommodate and align our flows where possible
✅ The kitchens and fridges are stocked with food and drinks, free for you to pick and use whenever you desire.
✅ Share your culinary skills by taking on one or more of the dinner shifts (and / or supporting others when they prepare community dinner)
✅ Explore the **Wishlist and Maintenance Tasks** list to see where you can support
✅ Sit in on a session or workshop initiated by Villa Gaia residents in support of their projects
✅ As you depart, we invite you to consciously tune in and choose the financial contribution you wish you share.
In the spirit of the New Earth gift economy, we invite you to choose what amount feels right, based on:
The minimum we ask is EUR 100 for one person per room per night. This covers the basic cost price (food and drinks, rent, utilities, maintenance and repairs, accounting, and licenses) and does not take into account the vibe, the quality of people, and the continuous stream of meaningful moments we carefully cultivate.
All that you give additionally is used to fuel Villa Gaia’s ecosystem and further improve the spaces (click here to see our wishlist).
Your contribution can be transferred in euros to IBAN: BE89905326839685 (name: Alexander Keehnen). BIC / swift: TRWIBEB1XXX.
Note: if the minimum contribution exceeds your financial possibilities, please inform us so we can explore an alternative value exchange.
✅ After receiving your contribution, we add you to the Telegram group for alumni - to stay connected with the Villa Gaia crew and all previous guests.
✅ Additionally, soon, Symviosis circles will be ready to continue topic-based conversations you want to stay involved with after your stay.
Together we are building a global movement for systemic transformation. Thank you for being part of it 🌍✨
Giannandrea and his team searched for 1.5 years throughout 9 different countries to find the optimal convergence hub that is now Villa Gaia. For many years, Fvtura has been networking in the space of impact investing and philanthropy, building knowledge, network, and thought leadership. Thanks to these efforts, the founder of Fvtura now has trusted personal relationships with high net worth wealth holders and capital allocators who are ready for a next level in systemic investing and true, lasting, aligned impact.
